Welcoming staff made our stay really pleasant. the location was great, just a short walk from a beautiful cathedral ⛪.

Location: good and excellant, just off cafeteria and tourist attractions. Also, very close to city center. Excellent breakfast, silent triple room.

The room was spotless and silent, the decor was luxurious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were a private safe, a mini bar and central heating. The hotel had a great and perfect position, to train station & bus stop to-and-from the airport.

Delicious food at the restaurant 🍽️, the breakfast is amazing - full of healthy options. the location is super convenient, right in the middle of everything, and they even have private parking available.

The service was excellent, perfect location and the personnel was courteous and helpful.

I am used to shower curtains but they are not common in Europe.

I liked the rooms and food. The staff at breakfast were very nice.

limited use of the internet. We had been travelling for several days and needed to use the internet. I was surprised that usage was limited in such a nice hotel.

Room very dark needed all the lights on at all times TV old model that did not have option to change the language that I had had in 3 star hotels. Room very cold had to get a radiator in Breakfast disappointing for a 5 star hotel, served in a cafeteria with 3 big televisions on showing the grand prix racing, felt like I had gone into a bar. Waiting staff not attentive, I had to ask for coffee and then on the second day sat and waited 10 minutes despite there only being 3 people in the cafe for breakfast the waiter did not look at me, ask me if I needed anything and I left without having coffee. I was looking for a treat following completing the camino from St Jean and felt I had wasted my money.

The Bed! The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the pillows also! Front desk were helpful and friendly and Porter were especially good. Good weights in gym. Was nice having the option of a pool (Main reason for booking)

The Gym rowing machine is a bit poor, However the Weights are good. The Pool had leaves floating around, needed a bit more attention, We did book because of the Pool but unfortunately the weather was not great, however, because it looked a bit uncared for even when the sun came out, we did not wish to use,

Excellent location and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. The cleaning is done regularly in a quiet and discreet manner. For the two weeks we stayed there we were never bothered by any staff member and yet all the necessary work was done brilliantly. Being so close to the old town we were able to enjoy it fully and at the same time go back to the calm and quiet hotel.

Breakfast was a bit too expensive for us and this is why we decided not to take it in the hotel.

It is a quality hotel close to all amenities and the cutural centre of Santiago

Our room was extremely pleasant, with an individual safe, air conditioner, and a minibar. the location in a nice quiet area was perfect, with shopping streets and all the main shops nearby. - There was a good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Very accomodating and freindly staff, even when we arrivend late at 1am due to flight delays. Very Professional staff, good food and an elegant room . Buen Camino!

Loud people in nearby rooms ........could not sleep till after 1 am ?

The hotel room was excellent, very big and comfortable. The staff were lovely especially in the bar. Excellent location, would definately stay again.
